Training program designed for ages 14+. This program will be 2 training sessions per week. Our goal with this program is to create competitive athletes who are intelligent and technically sound. *This booking is for the month of July 2023. If your athlete joins the program, you will receive notification at the end of the month to book for the month of August 2023.*
